By accessing or using Athena Alpha ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
Athena Alpha provides on-chain data analysis, wallet clustering, market telemetry, and narrative intelligence reports for Solana tokens. The Platform aggregates publicly available blockchain data and presents it through an intelligence dashboard. All information is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Athena Alpha does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.
4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. You may not scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without explicit written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, data visualizations, reports, and analysis methodologies, is the intellectual property of Athena Alpha. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Athena Alpha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
8. Third-Party Data
The Platform integrates data from third-party sources including Solana RPC nodes, DEX aggregators, and social media APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason.
